The owner upgraded to an IP video intercom system, enabling tenants to visually verify visitors before granting entry. Entrance stations were installed at the main entry, entrance hall, and each floor to support layered security.

Interior handsets ensured private communication between tenants and visitors, preventing conversations from being overheard. A mobile app also allowed tenants to respond remotely, improving convenience while maintaining secure Access Control across the office building.
